In 2020, Jen’s Global Enterprise expanded its operations to 30 homestay rooms located in the heart of Penang, offering easy access to major hospitals and key destinations in the city.
The company continued to grow. In 2024, it introduced a laundry service to support guests and local residents with reliable daily needs

By 2025, Jen’s Global Enterprise had developed a portfolio of 50 homestay rooms across Penang, serving guests from various countries. This growth reflects the company’s commitment to service quality, hospitality, and long-term trust with every guest who chooses to stay with Jen’s.
